Behind every Mini Biff portable bathroom you see around the Hutchinson, Minnesota area, is a story of progress, inspiration, and people. A case in point, is the Mini Biff that was spotted at the 22nd Crow River Habitat for Humanity home for the Karen Klimp family.
All Habit for Humanity builds are special. But this one was especially extraordinary because it was part of “Women Build Week” with the theme “Inspiring Women”. During Women Build Week (August 20-24), women from Hutchinson, Minnesota and throughout McLeod County gather to learn construction skills and build homes for their local communities. The women who take part in Women Build Week are able to meet new friends and find fellowship with other like-minded women. Most importantly, they work together to help a local McLeod County family build their dream of home ownership.
Megan Nelson, Executive Director at Crow River Habitat for Humanity, knows that having clean bathroom facilities is essential for their volunteers. She explains, “Crow River Habitat for Humanity is utilizing the Mini Biff portable bathroom at our build site in Hutchinson this year. It’s important for us to have clean and accessible bathroom facilities on site for our volunteers putting in long days at the build site. We have church groups, companies, organizations, groups of friends and individuals coming out to help Karen build her new home.”
A woman-owned and family operated business, MiniBiff is proud to be the provider of portable restroom rentals for all the volunteers helping Habitat for Humanity build affordable houses in McLeod County.
